Release Day 7 (Part 2) – Win a set of custom made book marks & book thongs from Joan Swan!

And last but not least…to round out this awesome week of giveaways, my super CP, Joan Swan, is giving away five custom made book thongs and ten custom made bookmarks to celebrate the release of her debut, novel FEVER, coming from Kensington in March of 2012.  I’ve read the first two books in this series and I have to tell you, this is one series you DO NOT want to miss. Hot firefighters, supernatural abilities, a government conspiracy…in one word: riveting. In the next few months I’ll bring you more about this awesome series, so be sure to add Joan to your To Be Read list. You won’t regret it.

This last drawing will feature MULTIPLE winners. So to enter to win one of these fabulous hand made goodies, tell me the last book you read that featured a firefighter.

(Note: This drawing is open internationally.)

I think I’ve read about everything but firefighters lately, I’ll have to remedy that today 🙂

The last story I read that did feature a firefighter was Three Alarm Fire by Stephani Hecht.

How bad would it be if I said I haven’t yet read a firefighter book? Bad, you say? Then, OK, yes; I’ve read DOZENS! 😆

I haven’t ever read a book with a firefighter for a hero. But I was surrounded by them growing up. My grandfather and his 4 son (my dad included of course) were all firefighters. None of the firefighters I knew were hot like the firefighters I’ve seen on book covers. 🙂

Karen Rose’s Silent Scream is the story of firefighter David Hunter and Detective Olivia Sutherland. It was a great romantic suspense.

I don’t think I’ve ever read one with a firefighter which is odd because they’re so sexy! Adding it to my list!

Hot Shot, by M.J. Fredrick. Firefighters should really have more books written about them. 😉

Amazing – I average about a book a day but I don’t believe I’ve ever read a book featuring a firefighter. Guess I’ll have to fix that.

    Hi Joan,

After hearing Elisabeth’s review of your series I cannot wait till your book comes out. Your book thongs and markers are beautiful!

Now to answer the question, the last book I read that featured a firefighter was Cynthia Eden’s DEADLY HEAT. That book was sooooo good 😉

Sadly, I don’t think I’ve read a book about a firefighter. I did read Slow Hands by Leslie Kelly, which had a super-hot EMT. Is that close enough? 😀

FLORAL TEAS -This category of teas is in my opinion not as widely known of as say, green teas, oolongs, Ceylon, etc.

The sparkling Yerba Mate has only 80mg of caffeine in the 12 ounce can, which means this has
about 53mg in an 8 ounce serving size – about half that of a coffee and considerably less than you would
find in a similarly nutritious Guru or Steaz energy drink.
Since the active elements don’t traverse your stomach or liver, they are absorbed straight into your system.
